Taiwan has defensive measures set up in case China does something, but Taiwan considers the war as history and Taiwan recognizes China's right to exist. Any claims to Chinese territory that Taiwan maintains on paper are due to the fact that both America and China demand that Taiwan maintain those claims, and America only makes those demands because China does. | |

What I meant was that both China and Taiwan have the same ethnic root, but yeah, they are always competing in some manner and it's not going to stop. | |
