As everybody knows, Panama Papers were released on April 3rd and the president of Argentina was in the list.

Macri then said that it was totally legal but some say that it is not ethically correct.

Yesterday he was imputed because of the Papers and I want to know if this is just a politician move or he could really get into jail.

Is this just a politician move?

Note that the basis for imputing him would be the Argentician Law and not any international one.as such you might consider asking your question on Law. – clem steredenn Apr 8 '16 at 5:16

I doubt many of us will be qualified enough in Argentinian law to say. – PointlessSpike Apr 8 '16 at 13:25

To the close voters: I do think this question is on topic here, although it could also be on topic on Law. An answer here would address whether Argentinan law would allow the President to be put in jail, whether he can be impeached (like the American president can), and/or how he could be removed from office. ------- That said, I don't know any of the answers. – Bobson Apr 10 '16 at 2:18
